Car articles - car radio

1DIN: standard size with a height of 5 cm. The most common model, provides for the possibility of only sound reproduction.
2 DIN: The landing height is 10 cm, often equipped with the ability to view video.
The difference in categories is only in height, the width and depth are the same: 18 and 16 cm, respectively.
The choice of car radio also depends on the desired source:
CD - the most simple and budget models. The information carrier is a disk.
DVD - provides playback of both audio and video.
USB - a practical option for a modern person, reads information from a flash drive.
SD - often an additional connector to other parameters.
It is more practical to choose MP5 devices, which provide for playback of all file formats.
It is recommended that the device be removable: to increase the protection of the receiver from possible theft. The presence of a backlight allows you to control the car radio even when the light is off. In this case, it is also important to have the ability to adjust the backlight: brightness or color.
FM tuner provides the ability to listen to music, even if the media was forgotten or wanted to keep abreast of the latest news and musical novelties.
Some models are equipped with additional functions. For example, Bluetooth allows you to listen to audio directly from your phone and receive calls using car radio. The TV tuner is used for widescreen models: it reproduces TV programs. Pay attention to the output power parameter, and if you are satisfied with anything other than this value, you can additionally amplify the sound with an external amplifier.
The signal / noise ratio parameter should be from 90 dB: the higher this value, the purer the sound you will get. The sensitivity of the tuner is especially important if you often travel outside the city, where a weak radio signal.
