Description gasoline generator Vitals Master EST 8.5-3b
The Vitals EST 8.5-3b petrol minipower plant is a reliable portable power plant designed to provide backup or emergency power for a wide variety of consumers operating from a 220/380 V network and 50 Hz. This is a fairly compact model, equipped with a powerful 4-stroke gasoline engine power 8,5 kW. Note that the rotor and the stator of the generator have a 100% copper winding, which provides increased reliability as it can withstand a higher operating temperature, compared to aluminum. The engine is started using an electric starter, which significantly speeds up and simplifies the process, especially in winter.
The main feature of the generators of this model is the installation of a special 6-in-1 electronic controller in them. This is a small module, equipped with a small digital display, which displays all the basic information about the performance indicators: AC and DC output voltage, frequency and current, load connected level, number of hours worked.
Low noise and long work
To reduce vibration and noise, special damping supports are provided. Also, thanks to them, the time of operation of the generator is stable and not shifted. The maximum noise level does not exceed 97 dB.
A minipower plant can operate continuously for 4 hours, while providing power to a fairly large number of consumers. For example, the generator will be able to support the work of a warehouse or a private house. The fuel tank capacity is 20 l.

Check oil level in the engine crankcase
To avoid engine breakdowns with an insufficient amount of oil, there is a special emergency protection system that doesn’t allow the engine to start without oil or at a low level in the crankcase. The actual oil level is determined by the expense of using a special float sensor, which fits into the crankcase of the mini power plant.
Overload protection
In order to provide the necessary level of protection of the supply circuit against possible overloads, high-quality and reliable automatic fuses are used.

Sockets have a limit on the strength of the electric current, which it is able to pass through itself.
