Powerful and reliable mini-power plant Vitals ERS 2.8bg with a combined type of engine powering, which runs on gasoline and gas. It is made in accordance with modern electrical safety standards and is designed to provide backup or emergency power to a variety of consumers operating on a single-phase network of 220 V and 50 Hz. Ideal for country houses and small industries as a backup or primary source of energy.
This is a fairly compact model, equipped with a powerful 4-stroke gasoline engine. Note that the rotor and the stator of the generator have a 100% copper winding, which provides increased reliability as it can withstand a higher operating temperature, compared to aluminum. The engine starts with a manual starter.
Low Noise and Long Work
To reduce vibration and noise, special damping supports are provided. Also, thanks to them, the time of operation of the generator is stable and not shifted. The maximum noise level does not exceed 69 dB.
A minipower station can operate continuously for 11 hours, while providing power to a fairly large number of consumers. For example, the generator will be able to support the work of a warehouse or a private house. The fuel tank capacity is 15 l. Minimum fuel consumption-395 g/kW*h. To supply the engine with liquefied gas allowed the use of domestic cylinders with a capacity of 100 ml to 50 liters.
This generator set is supplied with a spark plug wrench, cables with terminals on 12 V, plugs for 220 V (16 A), and also an evaporator gearbox that provides for the transfer of liquefied gas to gaseous state, directing it to power engine.
Main technical features of the device
Vitals Engine
All generators are equipped with branded 4-stroke engines with overhead valves. The motors are characterized by high quality, reliable performance and a well thought out design. Thanks to this, they have a long working life (more than 2000 hours). It also provides an easy start system and dual fuel cleaning.
Carburetor with evaporator gear
In addition to gasoline, the generator also works from gas cylinders, which significantly expands the possibilities of its use. This model is equipped with a gearbox evaporator, which provides reliable control of the working gas pressure, this increases safety when working with gas cylinders.
Alternator Special Design (Electric Alternator)
This unit is equipped with a synchronous brush generator. Its main advantage is to ensure high stability of the voltage at the output, the ability to withstand increased current for a long time, and also the increased service life of the carbon brushes, which will not have to be changed very often. It should also be noted the improved cooling system, which prolongs the life of the insulation, preventing its heating.
Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)
The design provides for an automatic voltage regulator, which ensures the stability of the output voltage at any load level. Thanks to this, this generator is suitable for supporting power supply of communication equipment, sophisticated electronic equipment, and also household voltage-sensitive equipment (refrigerators, computers, microwave ovens, televisions, boilers, and others)

Also, due to the fact that the change in engine speed occurs smoothly, there is no sharp acceleration and engine braking, which results in an increase in fuel consumption. The engine works most economically with a moderate degree of load.
Check oil level in the engine crankcase
To avoid engine breakdowns with an insufficient amount of oil, there is a special emergency protection system that doesn’t allow the engine to start without oil or at a low level in the crankcase. The actual oil level is determined by the expense of using a special float sensor, which fits into the crankcase of the mini power plant.
Overload protection
In order to provide the necessary level of protection of the supply circuit against possible overloads, high-quality and reliable automatic fuses are used.
Frame
Motor and other structural elements are placed on a sturdy steel frame, which additionally ensures reliable protection of the fuel tank from possible damage.
