Vibration isolation Silence Bronze 4 has a sheet thickness of 4 mm, it is designed to reduce vibration in areas with heavy vibration loading. This material is perfect for processing the floor, arches, car trunk floor.
The material consists of three layers: aluminum foil, vibration stop mastic, release paper.
Quality and high efficiency
The material works great when mounted on the floor. It protects the paint layer from dust, moisture, condensation and other factors that can provoke corrosion. It increases the frame, allows you to isolate the noise that comes from the road, engine, exhaust system and other sources.
When processing arches, it helps to reduce the audibility of the road and reduces noise from crushed stone, gravel and small stones that fall into the metal arches of the vehicle. The ride becomes more comfortable, as the cabin will be noticeably quieter. Installing vibration isolation on the floor in the trunk allows you to muffle the sound provoked by the rear wheels, exhaust pipe and muffler.
Simple installation of vibration isolation material
The material has a mastic adhesive layer, so it can be mounted without the use of additional glue. The adhesive layer is protected by release paper. Before starting work, it must be removed.

In order to achieve the most effective adhesion to the treated surface, it is recommended to work with the material at a temperature of 15 to 25 C. If the work is carried out in the cold season, the material and the treated surface will need to be heated with a building hair dryer. Also remember that before applying vibration isolation, the surface must be degreased. For this, any product that does not contain a wax base is suitable (it is forbidden to use kerosene and gasoline).
