Active subwoofer Mystery MBB-258A in a ready-made case with a built-in amplifier, it is designed for installation in cars to improve the speaker system and add a richer sound of deep bass to it. The main speaker is circular and has a diameter of 250 mm (10 inches).

Special bass reflex enclosure

This model is offered in a bass-reflex case, this is a special acoustic design, which assumes the presence of terminals in the form of tuned pipes. Air exits through them, emitting sound from the back of the diffuser. As a result, this cabinet design delivers crisp, detailed sound with good dynamics in a compact size.

Excellent functional parameters

The speakers are distinguished by good performance: the rated power is 140 W, and the maximum — 280 watts High sensitivity — 86 dB. They perfectly reproduce low sounds in the frequency range from 40 to 160 Hz without distortion, even at high volumes.

The diffuser in the main dynamics is made of non-pressed cellulose by injection molding. This material is lightweight and stiff, which contributes to good internal attenuation, which minimizes distortion during sound reproduction.

Thanks to the built-in adjustable low-pass filter 40 — 160Hz, bass performance is noticeably improved and interference is minimized. This subwoofer is protected against overload, short circuit, power surges and overheating.

The magnetic system is based on a large magnet and a single ASV voice coil with a diameter of 38 mm. Please note that the nominal impedance is 4 ohms, this must be taken into account when matching the load of the speaker and sound amplifier when forming the speaker system in the car.
