The Dragon Winch DWT 22000 HD electric winch differs from other mechanisms belonging to this class in high power indicators. The device is intended for use when transporting large and large-sized objects. The winch is mainly installed on tow trucks or cars of various emergency services. The control process can be easily carried out thanks to the presence of a wired control panel and remotely using a wireless remote control.
Main technical parameters
The universal model is equipped with an electric motor with a capacity of 9.2 l/s, and therefore at the first turn it is capable of producing about 10 tons (9.98) of traction. You can start the mechanism using an ordinary battery (24 V), and the dynamic brake will not allow the load to be stolen when the electric winch suddenly stops. A 30-meter steel cable is able to reliably withstand the specified level of loads.
Principle of operation
Thanks to the presence of roller guides, the process of winding the cable is improved and a long service life is ensured. At maximum loads, the cable winding speed will be about 1.9 m/min. It is important that a decrease in the load level will increase the speed parameters.
