The compact car DVR DR900X-1CH Plus guarantees a clear picture when shooting at night and has the ability to connect to the BlackVue Cloud. To connect, you can use the built-in Wi-Fi module or an LTE USB modem. There is also built-in GPS. This model is easy to install, and thanks to its small size, this can be done as discreetly as possible so that the camera does not catch the eye. To view and download captured videos to your smartphone, there is a special BlackVue mobile application. Optionally, you can connect a rear view camera to it; it is not included in the package of this model.
The BlackVue Recorder is an advanced in-vehicle video recording device that provides reliable monitoring and protection in any situation. It features an 8MP CMOS main camera that delivers ultra-high resolution 4K (3840x2160@30fps) and a wide viewing angle of 162 degrees. The built-in power controller ensures correct operation in parking mode, which ensures continuous recording even in your absence.
With Cloud access, you can check your vehicle in real time anywhere, anytime. Thanks to the high-speed 5 GHz WiFi module, you can easily connect and control your device. Seamless Pairing provides simplified pairing and management via BlackVue Cloud, making use of the recorder even more convenient and efficient.
RECORDING QUALITY
The recorder records in FULL HD quality - 3840 x 2160 pixels. Thanks to the fact that the camera has an ultra-wide angle of 139°. By using H.264 encoding, it was possible to reduce the video size while maintaining high recording quality.
IMPACT AND MOTION SENSORS AND IMPORTANT FILE MARKING
When the car is moving, the device can detect collisions and sudden changes in speed. Please note that the sensor is also active in parking mode (to ensure the sensor operates, an external battery (Power Magic Battery Pack) or a power controller (Power Magic Pro) are required and must be purchased separately). You can also tag videos that are important to you; such recordings are assigned the EVENT label. Later they can be easily found in BlackVue Viewer for Windows and Mac OS or the BlackVue App mobile application for Android and iOS.
VIEWER FOR WINDOWS/MAC AND MOBILE APPLICATION FOR IOS/ANDROID
The company offers free service applications, which can be downloaded from official resources. With their help, you can easily configure the recorder, view recorded videos, etc. For example, if you connect to the dash cam using Wi-Fi through the app, you can access the video in real time.
STYLISH DESIGN AND CONVENIENT CONTROL
The device is compact and has a modern, stylish design - nothing superfluous. Control can be carried out using a touch sensor, which allows you to turn the recording on and off just by waving your hand in front of it. You can also configure the ability to enable viewing of recorded videos using this sensor. There is a button on the case to quickly control the Wi-Fi connection. BUILT-IN GPS, WI-FI and LTE (optional)
While the car is moving, thanks to the presence of a GPS sensor, speed data can be superimposed on the video; the function is adjustable, so it can be turned on as desired. In addition, you can obtain data on the location and movement of the vehicle using a special proprietary PC application.
Installing Wi-Fi makes it possible to quickly download video from the recorder’s memory to your smartphone, as well as use cloud functions viawithout any Wi-Fi network with Internet access. You can also connect an optional LTE module via USB for the best cloud experience. SIM card is not included, must be purchased separately.
CONVENIENT FILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This device uses Free-Format technology; this file system was created by BlackVue specialists. It minimizes the need to format microSD cards, makes recording more stable, reduces file size, allows you to adjust quality and apply several recording time options (1/2/3 minutes). Additional overwrite protection is also provided. Recording in this device is cyclical; when there is no free memory left, files are overwritten. If you mark the record with the EVENT label (the label is assigned automatically upon a collision or you can configure it manually), then such files are not overwritten. You can protect up to 50 files.
H.265 CODEC SUPPORT
The device supports the standard H.265 video compression codec, which provides good picture clarity with a small file size. That is, it will be possible to record a large number of videos on a memory card without losing their quality. This significantly improves the performance of the DVR.
ULTRA-CLEAR VIDEOS ON ANY MONITOR
The camera provides very high quality shooting in any conditions. Even from afar, you can easily see the license plates of passing cars in the video. Everything is perfectly visible on any monitor, you can even enlarge the picture and bring it closer without loss of quality and the appearance of pixelation.
ACCESS TO BLACKVUE OVER THE CLOUD SERVICE
BlackVue offers its customers access to a very convenient cloud data storage service. Using it, you can access the recorder from anywhere in the world, at any convenient time. In particular, the system allows:
— Remotely view video from the recorder in real time, receive notifications on your smartphone if an incident occurs with your car while in parking mode.
—Create backup copies of important records in cloud storage.
— View or download videos from your device’s memory card or from cloud storage anywhere in the world.
—Use two-way voice communication with the driver using the built-in microphone and speaker.
SHOOTING IN PARKING MODE
The recorder in this mode automatically turns on if a movement or impact is detected, that is, it will keep the car owner informed of all events occurring in the immediate vicinity of his vehicle. The transition to parking mode is also activated automatically if the car stands motionless for 10 minutes, and it can also be turned on forcibly at the driver’s request. This is a very useful feature that extends the life of the memory card and allows you to protect important files from being overwritten during long-term parking.
CONVENIENT BRAND SOFTWARE
The offered free BlackVue program has a very user-friendly interface that makes it easy to view and export video recordings. The timeline contains special colored segments, the color of which is determined by the mode in which the recording was made at that moment. It is very easy to work with the program.
INTELLIGENT RECORDING
The video recorder is very sensitive and reacts to any changes occurring on the road. The camera automatically adjusts to get the best quality footage capacity and quickly switches to the optimal shooting mode for the given conditions.
