Description impulse charger AIDA 8si
The Aida-8SI charger is designed to recharge lead-acid, gel, AGM rechargeable batteries, as well as outboard motors with a capacity of 4 — 160 A/h with a nominal voltage of 12V. The device has a digital display showing the state of charge and a toggle switch for switching the voltage. The device provides desulfation of the battery, maintains the battery in a charged state for a long time, protection against sulfation and overcharge, safe storage of batteries during unused time. Additionally, it can be used as a backup uninterruptible power supply for diesel generators, as well as a power supply unit with a voltage of 13V and a current of 7A.
Working hours
You do not need to disconnect the battery from the car to charge the battery. Automatic charge with desulfation technology for lead-acid, gel and AGM batteries with a capacity of 4 — 160 A/h. Depending on the stabilized current, the charging speed is as follows:
1A for batteries 4-32 A/h — charges flashlights, sonars, children's cars, motorcycles;
4A for batteries 20-90 A/h — charges passenger cars;
8A for batteries 60-160 A/h — charges trucks and starts the engine.

Reliable protection
The device is designed in such a way that it reliably protects not only against electricity short circuits, but also against network overload and reverse polarity.
Desulfation technology
This technology can be produced in three ways. In a gentle mode — with low electricity and a stable voltage, in a continuous mode — by a constant impulse charge, reducing the voltage, and in an intensive mode — with a constant impulse charge with a reverse current.
Storage modes
When the battery is fully charged, the device enters a buffer storage mode for a longer life. In this mode, the charge is constantly maintained with a small current with a voltage of 13.8V. Thanks to this mode, the batteries are safely stored for a long time, especially in winter.
Pre-start mode
The device allows you to start the engine in the cold season thanks to the prestarting mode with a constant current of 8A. When starting it, you do not need to disconnect the device from the battery.
