Three new rules

Under the new regulation, from April 1, the following changes to the rules of the road:

— you can exceed the speed of movement, if the driver and all passengers bequeathed their organs for transplantation;

— not necessarily to wear seat belts, if car or other vehicle has three or more church icons;
