1. General provisions and procedure for the competition

1.1. The Organizer guarantees that the procedure for selecting the Winners will be objective and fair. The winners are determined by generating a random selection via the service:

1.2. The prize fund of the competition is indicated on the competition page https://130.com.ua/en/contest/.

1.3. A participant can win a maximum of one prize. If in the course of the drawing a participant is determined who has already become a prize-winner of one of the draws in this competition, then the prize will be drawn again.

1.4. The winners of the competition will be notified of the results of the drawing by telephone. If it is impossible to contact, the notification will take place via e-mail.

1.5. The results of the competition will be published on the website, as well as in the news feed on the official groups 130.com.ua, within 5 (five) working days from the date of the competition.

2. Terms of participation in the competition

2.1. It is possible to take part in the competition, having fulfilled the necessary conditions, only in the period from 19.03.21 to 04.04.21 (inclusive).

3. Contest participant

3.1. Any natural person with legal capacity who is a citizen of Ukraine who has reached the age of 18, who acts on his own behalf, has the necessary and sufficient data to acquire and exercise the rights granted, and also voluntarily, independently and personally assumes all risks of responsibility, can become a participant in the competition. and the consequences associated with participation in the competition.

3.2. Participants cannot be employees, partners and representatives of the Organizer, members of their families, persons held in places of confinement, persons declared incompetent by a court, persons who have not fulfilled all the conditions specified in the Competition Rules.

3.3. Personal information (name, surname, phone numbers, e-mail, etc.) must be up-to-date and correspond to reality, so that in case of a win, the Competition Organizer can freely contact the winner.

3.4. If the Organizer could not get through to the winner, this participant is notified via e-mail. If it was not possible to contact the winner within two working days from the date of the drawing, the winner must independently contact the Organizer within 5 working days from the date of the drawing using the contacts indicated on the website. If contact with the winner is not established - the Organizer reserves the right to re-raffle the gift.

3.6. Has the right to abstain or refuse to participate in the competition.

3.7. Has no right to transfer and / or in any other way assign its rights related to participation in the competition to a third party (persons).

4. Procedure and terms for receiving winnings. Special conditions.

4.1. Installed winnings are not exchangeable and cannot be replaced with a cash equivalent.

4.3. The organizer guarantees that all prizes are new and at the time of their transfer to the owners are in good condition and ready for commissioning in accordance with their intended purpose. The Organizer's obligations regarding the quality of the winnings are limited by the guarantees provided by their manufacturers. The appearance of the original winnings may differ from their image on the website.

4.4. The organizer is not responsible for changes to the address and / or other information of the winner, which prevents the transfer of the prize. Also, the Organizer is not responsible for the impossibility of sending / providing a prize to the Participants for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer, including if the contact address, name or surname, phone number or other way of contacting the Participant were indicated incorrectly, or changed. In this case, such a Participant is not entitled to receive any compensation from the Organizer.

4.5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date and time of the drawing to a later date in case of unforeseen circumstances that could not have been foreseen by the Organizer, and is obliged to notify all Contest Participants in advance.

5. Processing and storage of personal data

5.1. The participant, by filling out the appropriate form on the website, agrees to the processing and storage of his personal data.

5.2. The Organizer may use the personal data of the Participant for the following purposes:
