Manufacturing technology

Philips D4S is a xenon autolamp model with a unique manufacturing technology that does not contain mercury vapor. The main parameters of the lamps are fully consistent with international standards. The function of supporting light emission is assigned to the admixtures of environmentally friendly materials and xenon. Gas connections are in a special flask under a sufficiently high level of pressure. The flask is made of very durable glass, which withstands even colossal loads, maintains integrity with high humidity or a sharp change in air temperature. A xenon lamp can work without any breakdowns or interruptions for several thousand hours, thanks to the geometric connection of the case, which prevents the rapid depletion of the resources of internal fillers.
