Description chain Saw EGO CS1400E
The EGO CS1400E is an electric cordless saw for cutting wood. With its help, you can prepare firewood for the winter, clear the garden of dry branches, cut down shrubs, etc. Suitable as a working tool on farms, logging and in private households. The main advantages are an energy efficient motor, keyless chain tensioning, injury protection and ergonomic design.
Reliable engine
The brushless powerful motor ensures efficient, trouble-free operation. It has a long service life. The maximum rotation speed is 6800 rpm. The speed control button is located on the handle.
Battery platform
The saw is powered by a removable 56V lithium-ion battery (available separately). With a battery capacity of 6 Ah, the saw will make more than 300 cuts per charge.
Cutting elements
The Oregon 90PX double reinforced tire is 350 mm long. The chain consists of 52 links, 1.1 mm thick, with a nominal pitch of 3/8". The rotation speed of the chain is 12 m/s. The grease is supplied automatically.
Chain tension adjustment
The chain tension must be adjusted if the lugs on the drive links do not fit into the groove in the bar. The chain is tensioned by adjusting the wheel on the tool body.
Oil level
Adequate lubrication must be maintained for safe tool operation. The volume of the oil tank is designed for 150 ml. The oil level can be checked through the sight glass. The approximate flow rate is 5-10 ml/min.
Safety guard
Located between the front handle and the chain. It is designed to protect your hands from injury if the hand slips off the handle, as well as from the blows of flying wood. The brake is applied when the handle is moved forward or during quick recoil.
