Hertz ESK 130.5 — 2-component loudspeakers with 130 mm (5 ") woofers/midrange drivers for installation in the appropriate regular places. By the length of the low frequencies, the dynamics of this frame size are inferior to 165 mm (6 1/2"), however, they are deservedly popular in cases where an increase in the diameter of 130-mm regular places is difficult. ESK 130.5 is able to exceed the highest expectations in its class, having a rich, full-blooded, dynamic and at the same time expressive and delicate sound in the transfer of subtle details. Like all representatives of the series, this model has excellent sensitivity and a high margin of input power. For ease of installation, the basket is made as compact as possible, with protruding mounting eyes.

The design reflects the further improvement of the Energy series technologies, which brought the previous generations of fame and steady reputation as a leader in sound quality in its class. The bass/midrange diffuser of the exponential V-cone profile is made of cellulose with a protective impregnation and is provided with embossed stiffening ribs. Significantly reworked compared to the previous generation of the series, the ET 26.5 tweeter is equipped with a 26-mm dome made of Tetolon material with a wide half-wave suspension and a diffraction diffuser disk for effective expansion of the radiation angle. The materials used and the design give the speakers high reliability for long-term operation. In particular, the back is covered with a rubber cap, and the basket is protected by a coating that is particularly resistant to scratches and corrosion.

The package includes protective nets for woofers/midrange speakers, as well as accessories for mounting the tweeters flush, or on a surface at an angle of 30/60 °.
