Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) are designed to provide uninterrupted power supply for some time, they can become a backup source of electrical current when the main power system is turned off. Simply put, if the electricity is cut off at your home or office, the UPS will allow you to keep the equipment connected to it in working order for some time. They are also commonly called network filters, the device is able not only to provide emergency power, but also controls dangerous power surges in the network, protecting equipment from breakdowns.

• Standby - This type consists of a battery, charger, inverter and relay. Relatively inexpensive option, recommended for connecting computer equipment. As a rule, there are several standard sockets on the case. Models of this type are extremely easy to use.
• Line-interactive - created on the basis of the previous type of uninterruptible power supplies, only here stepped stabilizers and an additional cooling system were also added to the design. Their difference is that they can equalize power surges, equalizing them to 220V without going to the battery. They have high power, are more expensive than previous types.

• • more than 5000 W - to connect a large number of appliances, servers, apartments or houses.
