The high-performance Elegant Maxi EL 101 405 starter-charger helps to avoid problems that may occur when starting the engine in the winter. Most often, difficulties regarding starting the engine at sub-zero air temperatures occur in those car owners who use the battery for a long time without the necessary recharging. Launchers perform the function of "revitalizing" the battery and can be used as a periodic recharge of the battery.
Principle of operation
The trigger mechanism is designed for gel, AGM and acid batteries with a nominal battery voltage of 6/12 V. The output voltage level indicates compatibility of the trigger mechanism with your battery. This battery voltage must match the capabilities of the starting and charging device. Under other conditions, the battery may begin to malfunction or even break down. The specified parameters in the characteristic can be 12 V for cars, and for trucks — 24 V.
Reliable protection and ease of use
When connecting to the starter battery, you must adhere to the correct polarity: connect the black crocodile clip to the negative terminal, red to the positive terminal, and then turn the mechanism on to the 220 V AC network and select one of the charging modes. The design of the mechanism is reliably protected from overcharging, overheating, polarity reversal or overloads during operation. The mechanism will not cause difficulties during transportation and storage.
