X-program by DLS X-D50 — Class 5 D-channel amplifier.
A distinctive feature of the X-Program X-D50 — it works in the D-class, which has high efficiency. As a result, it heats up less, although you shouldn’t hide it, for example, under the skin (there are 5 channels with quite decent power in a small case). In the general case, to connect an amplifier, you will need three pairs of interconnect cables — for front, rear and subwoofer channels. But if there are no separate line outputs for the subwoofer on the head unit, then you can do without them — the subwoofer channel of the amplifier can operate from a pair of inputs designated as rear ones. If on the radio tape recorder only one pair of linear outputs, then it is necessary to use an RCA Y splitter. Well, if there are no these outputs, then all that remains is to connect the X-D50 via high-level inputs (to the outputs of the radio to the speakers).
