Hertz EV F165.5 — 165 mm (6 1/2 ") low/midrange speakers with reduced installation depth (Flat version). For some cars, this particular series model will be the easiest way to get high quality sound without having to to further facilitate installation, the woofer/midrange mounting flange has multiple holes for different standard fixing points, just a little behind the standard full-size EV 165 model in the depth of the bass and power supply, these speakers save itelno high level of performance, exceeding expectations in its class.
The design reflects the further improvement of the Energy series technologies, which brought the previous generations of fame and steady reputation as a leader in sound quality in its class. The bass/midrange diffuser of the exponential V-cone profile is made of cellulose with a protective impregnation and is provided with embossed stiffening ribs. The materials used and the design give the speakers high reliability for long-term operation. In particular, the back is covered with a rubber cap, and the basket is protected by a coating that is particularly resistant to scratches and corrosion.
