Acoustics Alumat PROFY A3 vibration isolation material is a composition based on rubbers and additives, covered with aluminum foil 100 microns thick. The thickness of the mastic layer is 3 mm. This material has good adhesion, high mechanical loss coefficient of 0.20 units and low weight. It is easily fixed even on difficult surfaces without the need for heating. This material allows you to effectively minimize the level of noise and vibration in the vehicle interior.
It is suitable for processing the most vibration-loaded areas of the cabin. It can be applied to surfaces by overlapping, which will increase its effectiveness. The material can be used in a wide temperature range. To achieve good results, it is recommended to cover at least 70% of the working surface of the car with this material.
Sheet thickness
The sheet of anti-vibration material has a thickness of 3 mm and a size of 70x50 cm. It is quite flexible and durable, which makes it easy to install even on very uneven surfaces.
Operating temperature
This vibration isolation material can be used in a wide temperature range from -45 to +150 degrees.
Adhesive coating
