How to order?

To make a purchase in a “130” autogoods store place your order by clicking the “Buy” button. After receipt your order our managers will contact you to coordinate all matters about servicing order.

Delivery (read more...) is your choice to read within one to three business days in Kiev and two to four working days in Ukraine.

Payment Options (read more...): advance payment, payment for obtaining . Orders are accepted for execution within one working day.

Receiving orders is automatic online around the clock. During office hours may specify by order in telephone mode, chat, Skype, e-mail.

In the case of inability to fulfill orders for some objective reasons, in each case there are several options that selects our client:

1) specifies the terms under which the goods will be delivered to the client — the order is processed;

2) on the client's choice offered a similar product, which will be delivered to the client within a specified period — the order is processed;

3) will return the money — the order is canceled.

Date and time of delivery are negotiated with the managers during the order in any way possible — on the phone, chat, Skype, e-mail (on the client’s choice). In the case of placing the order without specifying the managers about the current availability of goods in the warehouse, the date and time of delivery, means that the client is ready to receive the goods as soon as possible. For its part, “130” will make all efforts to the earliest possible execution of the order and undertakes to contact the customer order, with the appearance of specific information on the timing and delivery time.
