In addition to the installation method, the lights may differ with additional features. For example, bright DRLs can switch from day to night mode. In night mode, the LEDs shine dimmer so as not to blind oncoming drivers. There are also running lights with a turn signal repeater function.

When choosing a DRL, you need to pay attention to the shade of the glow, as there are lights with warm yellowish or cold bluish shades. The best option-is to buy DRLs that match the color of the glow with low beam headlights and dimensions. This will add aesthetics to the car.

Now that the choice is made, you need to think about the connection option. Daytime running lights can be displayed on a separate button and independently make a decision on switching on or off. In this case, you can simply forget to turn them on. A much more convenient way is to connect the DRL to the ignition switch so that they automatically turn on when you turn the key.
